In business, when something has been working well for years, double-down. And do it better. Don’t get distracted by new, shiny objects.
(This echoes the sentiments in my More, Better, New post)
I was reminded of this by Neville Medhora’s recent newsletter. He posted this text and image:
Reminder to myself
And I’m treating this as a reminder to myself. I’ve studied Jay Abraham. He’s a beast of an entrepreneur.
But I don’t need to read this book. Because the takeaway is to put this book and get back to business. Get back to what you’re good at. What you think about at night and in the early morning. Your competitive advantage. Your passion. What you know to be true.
Stay the course and continue to double-down. Yes, you’ve experienced the compound effect. But the compound effect of the compound effect of the compound effect is also a thing. Stay the course buddy.
